With a production capacity of up to 1,000 pieces per month, we work exclusively with a limited number of clients to ensure personalized attention and exceptional quality in every garment.

  • 1. Sample Request


    The first step to start with us is acquiring a sample package (6 or 12 pieces). This allows you to personally verify our quality, sizing, craftsmanship, and different compression levels, ensuring you truly want to manufacture with CM.

  • 2. Practical Strategy to Choose Your First Pieces


    We guide you in selecting the right pieces to launch your brand. Our strategy combines essential classics (high and medium compression, always in demand) with trend-driven styles, so you avoid investing in inventory that won’t sell. With this balance, you’ll clearly define the first three garments to start your line in a safe and strategic way.

  • 3. Quotation and approval


    Once your first three garments are defined from our inventory, we prepare a clear and detailed quotation. With the 50% initial payment, we formally begin your production process.

  • 4. 50% initial payment


    Your 50% deposit secures your spot in our production line. This allows us to reserve your space and guarantee delivery times, assigned in order of production requests. We provide you with clear calendar dates for production start, completion in Colombia, and estimated delivery in the United States

  • 5. Production (45 business days)

    Once your reservation is confirmed, we begin the production process in our facilities in Colombia, where each garment is made under strict quality standards. Our team takes care of every detail — from fabric selection and measurement control to stitching and finishing touches that guarantee comfort and durability.

    During these 45 business days, you will never feel disconnected from your brand. We’ll send you reports and photos of the progress: from the arrival of your labels to key moments on the production floor. This allows you to experience the birth of your brand up close and even share these updates on your social media to build excitement with your audience.

  • 6. Delivery (shipping or pickup)

    Your order is delivered in the United States, either at our showroom in Lomita, California, or directly to your destination. It arrives ready to sell, with official documentation and original certificates that guarantee it is a 100% Colombian product.

    The shipping cost is the client’s responsibility and must be fully paid before the production leaves Colombia. CM takes care of all the required documentation so that you receive your merchandise safely and without additional procedures.

What is the minimum production at your facility?

  • Designs from our inventory: The minimum production for entrepreneurs is 36 pieces per design, in a single color, with the option to choose from three styles in our inventory.
  • Own designs (outside our inventory): If the client wants to produce a garment with their own design, the minimum production is 100 pieces per design, which can be distributed in up to three different colors.

In both cases, if the design is custom, the garment development and sample must be paid in advance before any work begins, as this process requires time, resources, and specialized labor.

This is because we work in batches, and producing custom designs in smaller quantities is not cost-effective. For custom designs, the sample development is included in the minimum order of 100 pieces, but payment must be made upfront to start production.

Can I order a sample?

If you want a sample with your own design, outside of our inventory, you will need to cover the corresponding cost, which varies depending on the model’s complexity and production. This cost includes the creation of an initial sample and a revised sample, as well as the shipment of a final third sample. During the process, you will receive a total of three samples, and all shipping costs are your responsibility.

If you choose a sample from our inventory or brand, you only need to purchase the available 6- or 12-piece package.

How long will it take to receive my production?

Samples take 3 weeks to produce plus 1 week for shipping. Mass production takes 45 business days after the design is approved and the deposit is paid.

Can I customize my shapewear with my logo and packaging?

We offer a complete package that includes the product’s business card, label, tag, and a generic ready-to-use packaging. To customize these elements, the client must provide their logo in an editable format as well as in PNG, ensuring a sharp and professional print on each piece.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

No. The payment scheme is 50% deposit and 50% before shipping from Colombia.

What if I’m not satisfied with the product?

Before starting production, we always create and send a sample for your review and approval.

The sample is the key step to ensure that the design, materials, and details meet your expectations.

Once you approve the sample, we begin final production following exactly the approved specifications.

For this reason, changes or returns are not possible after approval, as the product is custom-made for you.

Our goal is to work together during the sample stage on all necessary adjustments, so that the final result is exactly what you envisioned.

Do I need prior experience to launch my brand?

No. We guide you through the entire process, from selecting materials to the final design, so your brand is ready to sell.

Do you only manufacture for the United States?

At the moment, due to tariff changes and new regulations implemented by the government in customs, our production is focused exclusively on manufacturing for the United States.

Currently, orders are delivered at our facility in Los Angeles, California, or at the agreed-upon delivery point within the country.
